Maureen Mahan

Maureen Mahan is Registered Nurse in Ontario, she holds a Master of Education from the Ontario Institute for Studies in Education (OISE) and is an alumna of the Ontario College of Art and Design. In healthcare and mental health leadership she has 30 years of experience in clinical practice, education, and system innovation. 
Maureen has held committee and governance roles with the Canadian Group Psychotherapy Association (CGPA), including service on its Board of Directors, is a former Co-Director of the Toronto Institute of Group Studies, and has served on numerous healthcare advisory boards. She has secured funding for and led national training initiatives with international campaign awareness to promote expertise in mental health, accessible professional education, and organizational development.
Maureen brings a collaborative approach to board service, guided by a strong commitment to equity, innovation, and meaningful community impact​​​
