Patrick Wallace

Patrick Wallace is Director, Infrastructure at the Major Projects Office of the Government of Canada, where he works on the delivery of nationally significant infrastructure projects. He brings more than a decade of experience across infrastructure and real estate investment, development, and capital markets in Canada, the United States, and Europe.

Patrick holds an M.Sc. in Mathematical Finance from the London School of Economics, an M.Sc. in Real Estate Development from Columbia University, where he served as President of his program, and an Advanced Finance Diploma from the Wharton School's Executive MBA program. He earned his Bachelor of Arts and Business from Dalhousie University.

Patick joined the CGPF Board of Directors in 2026.
